Instant in-between

The works of Chang Chun-Yi's are concerned with the flimsy reality of digital images. In her works cross-sections of singular phenomena would be reconstructed as intriguing events, or in other cases, moving / unmoving scenery of instantaneous changes and sustaining vista would describe the convergence of transience and permanence. In the serial works Sky Blue, Fairy Lake and The Carousel Waltz, Chang attempts to present time's image in its many facets, as instant d'entre (an instant in-between).
